DLS+ Desktop includes all the features DLS Desktop comes with plus unlimited investment portfolios, which locations can use to create investment accounts. Monthly valuations will disburse the value increases and decreases based upon the percentage of the portolio value that each account holds. Fees and dividends can be disbursed as needed in the same manner. Additional reports are available for just investments.
This version of DLS Desktop runs in the cloud and allows users to view and print data but not enter or edit data. It was created in order to save dioceses money by not requiring these users to have a full seat to the DLS Cloud Desktop. When this DLS product is started, it will immediately download the current DLS data file from the cloud and keep it in memory until the user exits the program. Because it is running in the cloud, DLS can view and print all reports locally and quickly.
This is a service by which you can log in via your favorite browser with MFA security and run the DLS Desktop program securely in the cloud. The data is stored in the cloud and is used by the DLS Online product (if your diocese subscribes to it) so that everything is live between them. This means that as soon as you enter a transaction, it is visible with DLS Online as well.
Demo DLS Cloud NowDLS Online is a web service that gives the dioceses the ability to create unlimited users who can access accounts. With it, you can configure the setup, security, and permissions for each user. The users can log in, select a location they have permission to access, and view all the accounts in that location, including the current balances. Selecting an account will show them more details as well as as transactions form the past 90 days. There are reports for accounts and for the whole location, and users can download data to Excel. They even can change their profile information, including passwords, and they can see future balance estimates.
Demo DLS Online NowDLS Online Form adds the ability for DLS Online users to access forms that allow them to request transactions from the diocese. These requested transactions are entered into the data tables for administrators to approve or deny. If a transaction is approved, DLS allows the administrator to process the request into a transaction within DLS very quickly, without having to re-enter the data from the request.
If your locations would like to see DLS Online data on a mobile device like their smartphones, DLS Online Mobile is the answer. It is a smaller and simpler version of the DLS Online website, without some features that are more applicable for a desktop browser. This product is very handy in meetings, or when needing to quickly reference account data without having to use a computer.
