Annual Support Agreements
The Annual Support Agreements for DLS are there to make sure that DLS is always running at its best without worries of downtime. With 24/7 phone support, you can call any time and get an actual programmer of DLS to help you figure out what went wrong, how to fix it, and in many cases help you fix the data. If the issue was a programming error, they will be quick to fix the problem and update your version ASAP so that you don't have it happen again.
Also with the support agreements, you get support even if it is NOT our problem. Is your printer not printing the reports? We will diagnosis the problem and if it is a hardward problem that we can't fix, we will have you conference in your hardware support and we will be the ones to talk to them about why it is their issue and if work with them to make sure DLS is printing the reports as they should. You don't have to be a "ping-pong ball" and be told it is a hardware issue and make you contact them and explain again what is going wrong. Most likely they will turn you back over to the software people and say it is their problem and the cycle continues. We know that you just want the report to print!
Did someone make a mistake and you don't know what happened or how to fix it. We will help you figure it out and fix it. Doesn't matter if the software didn't cause it, we will help you because it is in DLS wrong and causing problems. What is the point of a support agreement if you can't get support for the things that happen while working in the program?
With DLS Advanced Edition, if another diocese requests a new feature or we add a new function to the program, you will get it at no extra charge with the support agreement. If we move to DLS11 or DLS12, you will be able to upgrade to those versions free of charge. The only additional charge might be if you request a feature or function to be created right away. At that point we will tell you how much for the item you want and when approved, we will start working on it right away and the cost will not go up if we find out it was more difficult than we thought. The price we quote is the price you will be charged... or less if it takes less time than we thought. Everyone else gets it for free.
With the Premium Support agreement, you will get the use of DLS Online included and all the features that it has to offer. The total annual cost for support and DLS Online is less than $3,500 a year! No one can offer that kind of price for the services that you get.
